The Founding Team
CoStays was born out of a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and was set in motion by co-founders Dale Smith & Qassim Ali, the Northeast based duo with decades of professional experience within real estate and hospitality. Now looking to roll all that passion and experience together in one, nothing can stop them putting their stamp on the growing hospitality industry.

A property entrepreneur with over 15 years first-hand experience in residential and commercial property investment, property development, interior design and short let management. A true visionary who is always raising the bar with his new innovative ideas.
Qassim Ali
Co-Founder & MD
A passionate property entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in creative property investment strategies, property management, short-term rentals and a specialist in the field of corporate accommodation and relocations. Always pushing boundaries, thinking outside the box and dreaming big.
