What is hospitality living?
The pandemic gave birth to a new breed of guests and tenants alike. Due to many hotels in the hospitality industry unable to operate due to covid restrictions, travellers resorted to booking hotel alternative's such as short-stay accommodation and holiday-lets. The short-term rentals industry continued to operate during the pandemic, with many landlords offering discounted monthly stays, also known as flexible leases. Due to the privacy, convenience and space these units offered, they became the number one solution for key workers, people looking to self isolate or somewhere quiet to work from. These guests were searching for a place they could call home, with the flexibility and service they get when staying in a hotel. This is hospitality living. The demand for this new kind of living has grown rapidly over the last year or so and we believe this is the future of hospitality.

The CoStays pop-up hotel scheme allows professional build-to-rent landlords and developers to capitalise on the growing hospitality industry, by utilising vacant apartments during the lease up phase to generate revenue from short stays until they are completely rented to long-term tenants. We offer a fully managed service to operate the apart-hotel making it completely hands-free to generate a considerable passive income from apartments that would otherwise be sat empty.
